Buying or selling residential or commercial property in NSW. We act for you from contract review through to settlement, explain every clause before you sign anything, and chase the other side's solicitor when they go quiet.
Fixed fee from $1,650. Disbursements quoted upfront. No surprises on invoice.
First consultation $250 · 60 minutes
Separation and divorce, parenting arrangements, property settlements, binding financial agreements. We work toward agreement where we can — it's faster, cheaper, and easier on everyone — and we're prepared to advocate hard where we can't.
We don't take work we can't do well. If a matter needs a barrister or a niche specialist, we'll tell you and refer you on.
Wills from $440 · Estate admin scoped per matter
Wills, powers of attorney, advance care directives, and estate administration. We turn family situations — blended families, business interests, vulnerable beneficiaries — into documents that hold up.
